Nikuyano-Daidokoro Ueno 肉屋の台所

Nikuyano-Daidokoro Ueno is a wagyu yakiniku restaurant specializing in all-you-can-eat premium Japanese beef at a predictable price. The highlight is its selection of A4–A5 grade wagyu, including rib loin, lean wagyu cuts, thick-cut beef tongue, and sukiyaki-style beef.

By sourcing directly from partner farms and breaking down whole cuts in-house, the restaurant achieves solid value despite its premium positioning. Higher-tier courses include A5 Kobe beef and A5 Matsusaka beef, making it one of the few places in the Ueno area where top-grade branded wagyu is available in an all-you-can-eat format.

Dining time is 100 minutes (last order at 80 minutes), and a drink plan is required.
